La soluzione ideale è il "cancello automatico", che ovvia a tutti i problemi che invece presenta il "cancello manuale": cioè aprirlo e chiuderlo al buio o esposti alle intemperie. Oggi i "cancelli automatici" sono molto resistenti e duraturi nel tempo. Infatti, non solo le ville ma anche i moderni condomini adottano queste soluzioni, come elemento standard.
Non ci sono differenze estetiche con il cancello manuale, ma solo a livello di installazione e di funzionamento. Il cancello "scorrevole" scorre lungo un carrellino posto al suolo e si utilizza per spazi ristretti. Il binario avrà la stessa lunghezza del cancello. Utilizza un solo motore, ma con una "forza motrice superiore" e quindi più potente.
Cancello automatico: costi
Il cancello automatico ha un costo base di circa 1.000 -1.200 euro anche se il prezzo aumenta in caso sia accessoriato: infatti può essere dotato di "dispositivo per regolare la velocità" ed evitare scossoni alla chiusura; "sistema a sensori intelligenti" per arrestare il cancello al passaggio improvviso di persone o mezzi attraverso il varco; "dispositivo di sblocco" che consente in caso di "black out" l'apertura manuale del cancello; motore "elettromeccanico" (più comune e meno costoso, adatto per una apertura con una bassa-media frequenza) oppure il più costoso motore "oleodinamico" più duraturo e adatto a cancelli pesanti; telecomandi che gestiscono fino a 80 motori; apertura supportata anche da "selettori digitali", "lettori di prossimità" per tessere o addirittura utilizzando telefoni di ultima generazione.
Come riparare un Cancello automatico
Per riparare un cancello automatico mal funzionante è meglio affidarsi ad un esperto. Ma possiamo comunque provare ad analizzare i sintomi per diagnosticare un problema, che possiamo risolvere da noi con l'ausilio della guida o manuale tecnico. Ad esempio è buona cosa provare a smontare la mascherina per verificare la pulizia dei "sensori di movimento e di sicurezza". Nel caso di cancello "scorrevole", il binario su cui si muove deve essere scrostato e oleato bene.
Il "ricevitore" del segnale non si deve ossidare, ed è importante controllarlo. Verificate le spie luminose del telecomandino e se necessario cambiate le batterie. I "relè" devono "scattare": questi sono piccoli meccanismi che ampliano i punti di "accensione" e sono fondamentali per il corretto funzionamento del cancello automatico: spesso il principale intoppo sta proprio in un problema di questi sistemi.
